Returning or exchanging your products
You can return a product to us as long as it is intact, unopened, and in its original packaging. For any returns, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and detailing the product(s) you’re returning and the reason why you’re returning them. We will then send you a return label and proceed to the refund of the product(s) in question once we’ve received them.The exchange or refund of your items is possible within 14 days from the date of the order.
