In spite of this unprecedented situation, which has turned our daily lives upside down, it’s all hands on deck for the Horace team as we strive to ensure you can keep taking care of yourself every day.
You can still shop on the Horace.co website, and we’ll ship your order Horace.co as usual.
Safe shipping and delivery
To limit contact and propagation, we’ve suspended express shipping by courier. However, deliveries to pickup points and by colissimo are maintained. We’ve updated our home delivery without signature option to make it more accessible. It now costs €5 and is free for any orders of €40 or more, until we see this Covid-19 crisis out.
Strengthened health & safety rules
Our partner warehouse follows WHO recommendations and has strengthened its health and safety rules: gloves are worn during parcel packing; hands must be cleaned often and thoroughly, and all workers must follow strict social distancing guidelines.

Providing support
To further support everyone during these trying times, we’ve decided to donate 10% of our revenue to the Fondation des Hôpitaux de France’s emergency relief fund for French hospitals.
We’re also sending hand moisturising balms to healthcare workers. Together, we can quickly and concretely provide French hospitals and their staff with the support they so desperately need.
